High Theft Rate!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I moved into this apartment complex in October 2004 because of its great location near Wal-Mart and Starter Brothers. But my opinion has changed. In December 2004 my garage got broken into, I had a lock that they cut. They took 15 boxes of personal items, yes 15! In January 2005 my car parked inside the complex was broken into and the stereo stolen. Apparently other car stereos were taken a week earlier but the management didn't warn anyone! This apartment complex experiences a very high theft rate. Don't live here unless you have nothing of value!
