Overpriced and bad maintenance crew From: ningyu18 Date posted: 5/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This place is overpriced compared to Park West Village and West Oaks Apts. While the rents are comparable the rooms are much smaller. No wonder why they always have vacancies. My wife and I lived there from July 2006 to November 2007. When we moved out, we were only refunded a small fraction of the security deposit. It turned out that they "had to" repaint all the walls and replace the carpet to get rid of the "cooking odor" we had left. After I called and asked for all the receipts for the work done, the maintenance guy, Joe, said he would fax them to me. It never happened. He was lying to me just because I had moved out of the state and could not possibly go back to collect. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
