Willows Apartments 86% Recommended Apr 29 2008: I've experienced some bad apartments but this one is terrific. The staff is top notch, if you ever need maintenance help they were right there to help you and the office staff is very helpful and happy to answer any Torrey Pines 67% Recommended Apr 22 2008: Property is ok but not for price. Does not come with a fridge, adds to rent. Maintenance is nice enough but problems don't seem to get fixed, at least for long. Could use more kitchen storage space, and counter space.
