Larkspur Courts is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Marin ? both in terms of the grounds, the units and the location. This is of course reflected in the price ? but I think you get what you pay for. We have had excellent neighbors who created a friendly environment and a safe place to live. The grounds are excellent for families with kids as there are plenty of green areas and play grounds away from any roads. The management has been friendly and very responsive when we have needed help. We would recommend Larkspur Courts to anyone looking for a super nice place to live with easy access to Marin, SF and the East Bay.
