Having lived in many apartment complexes over the years, living in Larkspur Courts has been a pleasant experience. Overall, the place is generally well-kept, safe and convenient. In terms of the cons, there can be the usual problems of an apartment complex: irregular garbage service, inconsiderate dog-owners and a gym facility that could be better maintained (and updated – the equipment is ancient). The rent is also rather pricey, but considering the nice living environment of Larkspur Courts, it might be worth it for some folks.
