Moved here in between house purchases for one year. Found the price reasonable for the nearby location, within several blocks, of restaurants and services (Shopping/Cleaning/Ferry & Bus Service)
Leasing staff was always helpful and professional including notices of building repair work and maintenance. Lease manager made moving here a pleasure. Repairs of leaks and appliance service was great, even light bulbs. Great Place To Live.
