Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
We did not appreciate the way that management (on site, and their superiors at corporate HQ). We were told things and made promises about our entire deposit being returned which were not kept.
Management seems to have difficulty notifying residents of things happening on the grounds. We only found out about an ongoing series of car thefts and apartment break-ins through the local paper and police department. When mailboxes were being broken into, notices were placed near the mailboxes that this was happening....
Maintenance has been slipping in recent years and beware of the fitness center equipment which is only minimally maintained.
tip: Make friends with the maintenance guys, or nothing happens. If you can't find them, they are watching tv in the shed....
Our approximately 6 years here saw a slow and steady decline in this property since the property management was taken over by anew management company.
