They'll Raise Your Rent & Several Robberies!

We're moving out! Our lease went up more than $250 a month!
They took over 6 months to complete an exterior overhaul of the whole complex, and some of the workmanship is pretty poor. Maintenance isn't so hot here. We had to remove everything from our decks for work that wasn't even started until 3 weeks later.
The kicker is that in the past year, we've received two notices on our front door from apartment management about a rash of burglaries.
They charge way too much for being a mile from San Quentin and having a burglary problem.
