I moved into this complex knowing it was very overpriced, but I didn't care because I thought the quaility and craftsmenship of the building would make up for the price. I was unfortunately mistaken. Right off the bat I started noticing dents al over the walls, paint chipping, loud water heater. Then my electricity went out in my apartment everywhere except for my bathroom and hallway. It was a friday night so I called maintence. They came and said they coudn't fix it and would have someone call me tommorrow. No one called, so I called the leasing office. They said they couldn't get ahold of anyone because it was saturday. I said I wanted them to prorate my rent for the day I didn't have electricty. The lady I spoke to said she didn't have the authority to authorize it since her manager was out of town. I told her thats fine, but I needed power in my apartment. She said I had to wait until monday because the couldn't get an electrian in on the weekend. Then she told me these things happen and they are not a big deal. I said I understand they happen but as the landlord it is their responsibility, and to have the manager call when she got back on tuesday. Monday rolls around and no one calls me. I call them and they have someone come in and fix it after no power in my kitchen, bedroom, and living room for three days. Two weeks have gone by and suprise no one called me. I call the office and get ahold of the manager who said she had never heard of the complaint. She looked into called me a few days later and said there is nothing she can do because I had partial power. I said I had no power in most of my apartment for 3 days. She said she counldn't help me. They lie, steal, just look at all the other bad reviews dating back from 2005.
