Everything is dirty and run down. The condition of the buildings is filthy, in need of repair and upgrades. Although the office staff is nice, the maintenance workers are unreliable and not trustworthy, their work is shotty and I are a leaving as soon as possible. A big mistake. The pools were even closed down by the Marin County Environmental Health Board. Also, there are some shady tenants. Not a good place to live in Marin, could be the ghetto of Larkspur.
