Yes, the place is on the older side but the staff is nice, the park is great, they take larger dogs, its close to the ferry and freeway, you can walk across the street to 24 Fitness, Starbucks and restaurants. It is what it is, an older complex in need of some updating which may cause some maintenance issues but not a bad place to live. Its peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, it's convenient and a great place if you have a dog. When you are to lazy to drive to the gym the little gym on premises is not bad either. Just don't expect allot of extras and you won't be dissapointed.

I wrote this and the good staff is gone, I moved out last year to a nicer more expensive place and drove through Larkspur Shores the other day because I was considering moving back due to cheaper rents but I was actually scared.. It looked dirty and it also looked upsafe, unkept. The great team in the office is gone and the staff there is very inexperienced
