I have had nothing but good experiences with living here. I think the staff is very helpful and prompt. If I call and have to leave a message they always call right back. The trash is emptied All the time, believe me you can't miss the truck that comes through here! In addition, my apt. is dry as a bone. My lease was up for renewal in February and my increase was very minimal especially compared to prices from other places like the Courts. I love it here and have no complaints so far.
