I must admit, I really liked this place when I first moved in. I LOVED the staff, had no problems getting something done by maintenance, had friendly neighbors, it was all going really great.

Over the past year, this place has left me feeling unsafe and scared to live here. The management changed, and all the nice, helpful, and competent folks have left the office, where now it's run by kids who let anybody rent there.

The place stinks, the garbage is strewn about everywhere, irrespnsible pet owners don't pick up after their pets, mice are all over the place, it's terribly moldy, there has been an increase in vandalism to cars, two cars have been stolen in the past month, strange people in vans hang out at night, and the topper was last night there was a full-fledged police pursuit that went on throughout the complex at 2 am that ended only when the one being pursued crashed into the NURSURY school at the bottom of the complex!!

Everyone I've met over the time I've been here are moving out because they feel so unsafe and aren't happy with how things are going. We are also looking to move out as soon as our lease is up!

I used to live there and decided to drive through last weeks and noticed that the tenants now living there looked like thugs..... I felt like I was in the projects..........very scary

I saw that chase from Noonan's that was crazy and I agree with loveabully it has become the projects but then again so has all of southern Marin.
