Our apartment of 4 people live comfortably here. We moved in in the beginning of April of this year. In the beginning, there was a rat problem which was quickly resolved by the new management. The only complaints that I would have now are fairly minor and general; apartments are close together, making it somewhat easy to hear your neighbors if they're being loud. And while there are some nights when people inside and outside of apartments can be noisy, where can you really find an apartment where these complaints aren't a common thing'

We had 2 light switches start to malfunction, a kitchen light burn out and our water pressure wasn't working quite right in the kitchen. When we called management about it, they were very friendly and all the problems were fixed/replaced in a matter of two days. You know how when you call a plumber you're expecting to see him some time in a 6 hour time range' Well the guy that fixed everything was here even earlier than expected, took his time, was brief, polite, and very professional, making sure that all of our needs were met.

Yes, this place is expensive, and sometimes it's hard to find parking. But with gyms, swimming pools, saunas, hot tubs, a pond, tennis courts, walking paths and a friendly staff, I think many Marin residents who are used to perfection need to lighten up.

'There's a patsy in every poker game,' Feinseth said, paraphrasing the billionaire, 'and if you don't know who the patsy is, you can assume it's you.' ... So where are you from? Vegas?
