I moved into Larkspur Shores fresh out of college and while I was apartment hunting, the Shores had everything I was looking for in a complex. The staff was extremely polite, the one bedroom apartment shown to me (which I later moved into) was amazing, and ton of amenities. I moved into a one bedroom apartment with a view of the bay from my balcony and a view of the pond and park from my bedroom. I used the onsite gym, pool, and spa to stay in shape and was walking distance to everything I needed. Larkspur Shores is worth the price if you make the effort to enjoy what it has to offer.

The staff is very helpful and professional, not a problem at all, even with the management change. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to someone that has a pet and/or loves to stay in shape. I am moving out on January 25th and the move out process was very smooth and I should be getting most of my deposit back. This complex is great, Marin is great, and there is a ton to do if you have a family or if you are young professional new to the area. Good luck to everyone and I hope this review helped you out.
