Peple came to live in Larkspur Landing for so many different reasons and they all will have different view of what this part of they life bring to them. It's ussually young people who fall in love with nature ect.Since life is busy and full of change keeping" FIRST THING FIRST" is a constant challenge and maintaining focus and regaining vision is a constant need.This buldings are old and abuzed by flow of different renters and different management.
I lived trought remodeling of my home and understood why on stress scale it beetween death and divorce.
I lived here long enough to understand some managers they just was in a wrong place.
I'm observing our new manag, Shane Robinson,his presence on remodeling site, knoweledge of future development and constant need to keep in touch with public absolutely professional and very people oriented.He has what makes good manager.
As in charge of remodelig it's very hard to be popular.
Nobody likes loud sounds ect,but is reality of rebilding .I asked my window and balcony to be cleaned after work will be finished, He absolutely agree it's need to be done. We can't change color of dust, but cleaning will do it
I intend to stay in this place, what I call home, for a long time and "little" things will bring back big things of this special place. And we all will benefit from improvement.
As everybody else I'm worried about rising prices,because I work for a living. I hope it's will mellow out. Now we still in scary part of housing debacco. But I know for sure will be in a better times. It happen more than once before
I'm writing to people ,who want to stay in this place for a long time and call home for a long time.
The problem in life come when we're sowing one things and expecting to reap something
entirely different.
Remodeling never will be a pleasant time, but joy will came because of improvement
I think first time our office management good is people with whome we can talk, instead of groop of couple who don't know reality.
I had problems with management , big problem. And after I put my emotion aside they help me a lot.
So it was win-win,what provides mutual benefit.
Maurin in the office is the best professional and good looking (ha)
Hopefully remodeling will be more efficient and wi'll be able to rent to afford and the most of all enjoing in good healh.
O,Iforgat to menchen Jason.HE is really good guy with his people, bunch of hard workers.Gleen, last of mohicans,just good man so the the sweetes Arman(NOT SURE IF NAME SPELING IS PROPER).
And master pupper Ray without whom place will stink.

You overestimate power of Shane. I wrote this review without consulting Hallmark. I (not you) can see flowers on my own. Take your advice and for once in your life, be honest, stop playing detective and look for new place to live. It's a free country. I live at Larkspur Landing because I like this place, not because it's perfect or cheap. Nothing in life perfect. Be nice to yourself and you will see flowers. PS. You right my spelling sucks. Next timeI will use ABC check. Okay?

Remodels? Affordable? HAHAHAHAHAHAH! $2200 for the smallest 1 bedroom. They WANT us normal people out. Wishful thinking, my spelling-challenged friend. Wishful thinking.

This is a bunch of crap. I am appalled by the chaotic, selfish way this place is managed. Its like a friggin assembly line of people moving in and out. I feel like they view us tenants as part of that assembly line. They don't care about how happy we are as long as they get their ridiculous amount of money, and if they don't get it it's no problem for them as there is a line of unsuspecting idiots ready to take our place.

How many people were suckered into signing a lease without being told you would have to spend half the lease term living in the middle of a construction site due to major renovations? How many asked to be released from the lease so they could move someplace quieter, cleaner and safer once construction began only to be told, "yes, as long as you pay us an extra month worth of rent as a penalty for moving before lease is up?"
