I read the reviews on this site prior to moving in and I am still happy I made the decision to call this place home. I am having a hard time understanding the purpose of this web site if all it here for is negative slander. There are over 300 units on this property and to my count less than 5 Actual residents who report negative comments; this is unfair. I am in the propert management business though not at this property and it's always the same thing. 90% of remarks on this web site are from the properties competition (as in other properties). You can always tell because the statements made have nothing to do with the actual property. I have to say it was noisy for 30 days or so because of the neighboring construction but I called their Project Manager myself and they're just about finished. I love my home and my neighbors and I think management is great. To people looking to rent here please ignore the slander. Remember you cant make everyone happy all the time. 300 units and 5 or so that disgruntled; that's a pretty awesome percentage if you ask me and the people that arent happy probably get notices because they wont pay their rent on time. You know who you are...

Just as I thought. What a bunch of peolple with nothing better to do with their time. Fellow residents who dont see things as negative as you folks told me you would bash a positive outlook. Here's one for ya- if you're soooo unhappy, MOVE! Leave us the rest of us in peace. Your negative words are worse than any construction noise :-)

Touche, Shane and the Larkspur Shores staff for posting this. "This is Marin" is the most banal thing anyone can say, and if it indeed is true, you can keep it. Spray some mold on a refridgerator box, paper mache the celeing, and blast a CD of heavy eqipment, that is the Larkspur Shores I live in. You can dress up a pauper in a gown and pearls, but they are still a pauper. Same is true for Larkspur Shores.

Shane is an awesome manager, has been very professional with my husband and I as well as the rest of the staff. If you don't like manangement or where you live, it's really really simple to you stupid idiots: MOVE THE F*** OUT!!!! F***** LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!

To Anonymous: People are moving out. In droves. This website is to warn others, so of course we are going to complain on it. However, being friendly and professionally doesn't make you competent. The management is not competent. The phone answers almost never knew the answers to my questions. I had to call back two and three times to get answers to my questions when callbacks were forgotten by the Asst. Mngr. (which cost me hundreds of dollars by the way). So Yay! for the awesome manager. He's like, totally cool. stupid.
