OK - So I'm not the management team here. But I have decided to move in anyway. If you look at any apartment complex at these sites you wouldn't move into any of them. Being in sales most of my professional life I have found that people will take the time to ----- and whine more than praise. In fact if you read a positive review its always rebutted with 'management is writing this review'. BUT, I will absolutely update this come October 1st and give a fair opinion. I like to praise and ----- when necessary. I've lived in apartments before in San Francisco and always noticed the people whining were, well, had too much time on their hands anyway and generally unhappy in their own life.

LOL "another management plant".. do you think they really care what's written here?- confirms my posting; Anything even semi-positive and you whiners call it a management plant. In most cases your the problems anyway.. and go buy a house if apartment living is so bad! Remember you are living in a complex with lots of people. Find one apartment complex that has great reviews. Typical whiners and bitchers.. ever think that the cops are there due to domestic disturbances? Drug dealers? Like you know, are they your source?..I'm sure you're a perfect tenant/neighbor. Why don't you move if you hate it so much? You can't tell me that one month's rent for early termination is that much to endure SO SO much unhappiness?

DudeinMarin is probably one of those stupid drug dealers who is moving in to those apartments. How dare he talk when he does not live there. It has not been mentioned yet that the complex is tearing down ALL the trees. It is going to look like a low income housing project so DudeinMarin will be very happy there.

Hey "Anonymous" Jackass. I DID find a great apartment community nearby. None of the trouble that I had at Larkspur Shores. You must have lived in shitholes all your life if you think Larkspur Shores is an average place to live. It's not. It's a dump. If they charged dump prices that would be fair, but they want to charge residents like it's a great place to live and that's the fraud. They want to nickle and dime you with hidden or unexpectedly high charges and that's the fraud.
