I lived at Larkspur Shores for close to a year. It was the worst living experience of my life. For close to $1900 a month I felt like I lived in a developing country tenement. Throughout the construction (which began immediately and with no prior warning) we lived in total chaos. The noise was constant. The mess was everywhere. There were construction workers all over the grounds, i.e. no privacy, EVER. Missing banisters, missing floorboards, exposed nails and leaks are just a few of the many complaints I submitted in writing to the management. I never heard back a word regarding the letters I wrote.
Now, months after I've moved out, the accounting department is trying to slap me with a $295 unpaid balance bill, which is an error that they fail to see.

I advise anyone looking for an apartment to avoid this place like the plague. You WILL regret living here.
