All the bad things you read about Larkspur Shores are absolutely TRUE. Even so, Stellar Mgt (owner) is now trying to sue people who write these unfavorable reviews. They could save themselves a lot of Attorney's fees by just letting those of us who want or NEED to get out of our leases, do so. I am disgusted and fed up with the lies, the discrimination, the noise, the unfair pricing and TOTAL LACK of concern for tenants once they are in and locked into a lease. The ONLY good things about this place are: the dog-friendliness and the central location. Do NOT be fooled into believing they will honor their alleged commitment to "making our "satisfaction and comfort" their "TOP Priority". They do not give one damn about you or your circumstance/difficulty - their decisions are financially driven, only. They act all sweet when there are prospective tenants around, but the one-on-one interaction is a different story. What a bunch of phonies. Between the asthma inducing black mold in my apt. to the constant disruptive construction noise (7AM to 6PM), to the infestations of spiders and other bugs, the place is not worth the high rent and they REFUSE to work with you or offer any slight compensation like most property mgt. would when tenants are subjected to such continuous, long-term, nuisance and distress. Run, don't walk away from this place!!!! STELLAR's performance is anything BUT!

I agree with you 100%. Larkspur Shores is a PIT. And a complete rip-off. I have never felt so ignored in my life. We definitely need a tenant's association and to FIGHT!
