Good overall, but keep in mind... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   These apartments are in a great location, have a wonderful and responsive staff and maintenance, and are in relatively good shape for the rent (competitively lower than most). However, the top units get so hot in the spring and summer..its unbearable. The poor design of the apt's windows (covers an entire wall and slide open) make it such that you can't put in an effective portable air conditioner in the living room, and they won't let you drill to put in a window one. Insulation and temp control is inefficient, out of date, and horrible. Storage is bad in the one bedroom units, and they give no preference to those in one bedrooms for additional storage that they have on site. Kitchen appliances are good, cabinets and floor are ugly/old. Laundry available, but not equally accessible to all residents. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
