Nice But... - I've lived at Skylark for about a year. Very nice management, but they really don't do anything. Maintenance is HORRIBLE. Loved it. Wish they were condos, so I can buy my old apartment. Live there for 4 years and loved it. Great location, reasonable price, clean, quiet, convenient, and a beautiful view. I loved it so much that I never bothered buying a condo and missed out on the real estate
