My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months now and we have not had any real problems. Yes there has been times we had to call to have things fixed but the ladies in the office were always more then happy to send over one of the many handymen to fix things. Never really had any problem with suspicious or strange people around, always a security guard on duty at night (which is great!), well kept pool and all around good people. Yes the apartments are not perfect but atleast it is up to code and you dont have to worry about the apartments catching fire and not having fire alarms that work properly like alot of the other ones around here. I moved out of housing into this apartment (spoiled in housing and they are huge) and we get about the same treatment here. I would recomend this apartment to anyone who isnt going to pick everything apart and likes nice managment!!!
