Ima be all the way real. I am good friends with the managers Deborah and her husband both. But this review will be completley unbias.

The apartments are fairly well maintained. I cant remember seeing a single roach. Ants in the summer time (lil sugar ants) You get your own garage. There is no rif raft. The walls are pretty thin so you might wanna have a radio in your bedroom is you live next to a young couple.

Neighbors are mostly in the Navy (Nas Lemoore) so they all pretty cool. Overall a very nice place to call home. Ive lived on second and first floor. second floor has a balcony. maybe 7 or 8 feet. Bottom has a lil smoking patio nothin to write home about.

Heritage Park directly across the street (hanford armona rd.) Which has your tennis courts, bball, and a lighted walk way.

At the time I left October 07 They were just building some new houses or something so I cant say what the neighborhood is like now. but overall I give 5 stars. =)

ps....NOT WORTH 750.00 a month for a 2 bedroom, but very very nice place to live.

Better off paying less for a house. (i had already spent my deposit) wish somebody would have told me that.=)

pps. the manager (grounds keeper) name is Gene. He and his wife (Deborah) are christians and very very good ppl. I used to help Gene with some of the lil fixtures around and outside the complex. He really tries hard and all you have to do is fill out the complaint card and hes on it. I know first hand I was right there with him.
