The Arbors is a beautiful property in Livermore. I was new to the area when renting and I made sure to do my homework and visit all of the properties in the area. The property is very quiet and peaceful away from all the hussle and bussle, however still a short walk or drive to the newly renovated downtown Livermore. Many of times I walked downtown to go to the movies or have dinner at one of the many restaurants. My favorite being Star Anise, if you like Thai Food it definitley is a must to try! The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly! If my work brings me out this way again I would rent at the Arbors again hands down.

Be aware of nice reviews written by office people. I can guarantee the girl from the office wrote this comment. When I visited the Arbors to look for an apartment she used the same words to described the property. I would not rent there even if you pay me. The apartment she showed me was dirty, smelled bad. Go there in the evening and see it for yourself how "beautiful and peaceful" the Arbors is.
