I have been living in this apartment for less then a year and CAN NOT WAIT to get out!! The noise level is atrocious, the walls and ceiling are extremely thin, with littel or no insulation. The windows are not double paned so you can here just about everything outside. There are alos a ton of skunks in the field outside that are constantly omitting their spray. I live under a single mother of two obnoxious kids under the age of 10 and they are allowed to run RAMPANT back and forth across the floor screaming and jumping on and off of beds. My pictures have literally fallen off the walls due to this. I have complained to the tenant and the landlord and it hasn't stopped. The mother has no control over her kids and they do this sometimes til 11:30 at night. I would think being a landlord you would know better then to place a single mother with two young children on a bottom floor. My car was alos broken into one night and the landlord could care less. The places does nto feel safe at all and if you chek Megans law there are quite a few sexual offenders living in the complex. I did not know this until after I moved in. The kitchen is tiny and the only good thing it has to offer is walk in closets, but even those are shabby. They don't hold up your clothes. The rod broke off my wall in the closet and dumped all my clothes on the floor. I HATE this place and am so glad to be moving out!
