When my wife and I first saw this place compared to others in Livermore we liked it the best. Since the beginning of the year we have both changed our minds due to several incidents that have occurred on the property.
Parking/walkways have minimal night lighting and our neighbors car was stolen. Look out for the skunks, I thought it was a cat until it started hissing at me. Maintenance and management do a pretty good job. Usually pretty quiet unless someone thinks I want to hear their car stereo. Wall AC unit works well in the living room. Doesnt help much in the bedrooms when its 115 outside. Kitchen fan vents to kitchen.
Overall its a nice apartment and it suits our needs, but cant wait to buy a house.
