I thought living here would be great (as I had lived here 5 years prior). The current management does nothing but pay lip service when there is a problem. I live in a downstairs apt., myself and my next door downstairs neighbor have a proble with an upstairs neighbor. Reported complaints to the office by both tenants have led nowhere. Recently my apt. was paintballed...it is obvious it came from the upstairs neighbor. Another complaint to management fell on deaf ears, again. The neighborhood is over run with skunks, drug addicts and basic deviat behaviour. I can't wait for my lease to expire.
By the way, maintenance, is good.
