My family and I moved into the Biscayne (which is now called briarwood) 4 years ago. We had a few managers before the current one. My family and I have never had a problem with any of the onsite managers before the current manager. When somthing needs to be repaired, she dosn't repair it or notifies anyone to repair it. The place is very racist (along with the manager). Before her there were a variety of different people that lived in the dwellings. Now after she moved in it is all hispanic. Its not fair. The owner of the building is kicking us out without reason under retalitory eviction for writing letters to the company owner. So my opinion is, DO NOT MOVE HERE. unless you want to live in a racist, unfair enviorment.
