Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2006-01-01

This place is badly in need of repairs that never get done.

If they do it is in no way up to standard.

Don't even think about it if you are handicaped, they have almost no access for the disabled(the manager parkes her car in the ONLY handicaped space).

Only ONE side of the apartment buildings have new things (Dishwasher, new cabnets)

I have also seen rats and cockroaches there.

The rent is cheap.

the spaces are small (large patio/balcony area is nice though) 90% of the tenants there are non-english speaking, so unless you speak spanish your probably not going to be able to understand anyone.
