I moved from Portola Apts last year and let me tell you they are the worst! This place is much better, at least the manager enforces the rules and I can come home at night and find my parkign space empty.

The units are large and the rent is fair. I am paying $110 less than I was paying across town.

Last month my Refer was making noise and they came out the same day and installed a new one even though the other one was only a year or two old, they said they would fix it and use it for a back up.

I ove the gates and would tell anyone looking to rent in Livermore to check theis place out as it is better then most others

well i think there is way to much favortism and unfair landlord practices and many people feel the same way and still the managment stays the same.
