Uncooperative Management, thin walls, bad choice.

Seriously consider going elsewhere. I asked Management if the walls were thick enough and the noise wouldn't be quite so bad since I work odd shifts. Of course they told me what I wanted to hear before moving in and did NOTHING about noise while I lived here.
There is asbestous in the ceiling.
There are trees that drop some kind of berries that get everywhere, and eventually end up on the bottom of your shoe, and eventually your carpet.
