Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Manager is very rude - constantly leaves nasty letters on your door. Laundry room is always dirty and machines don't work most of the time. They increased my rent TWICE in one year - $90 the first time, $105 the second! Pool has a leak and is not being fixed, but constantly being filled - waste of water!!
