What' Super manager and maintenance! From: WayOutWest Date posted: 6/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   The person that wrote "Renter Beware" must be upset about something else and taking it out on the manager or something because that person is way off the mark. We live here at Catalina Crest and have been for 4 years now and we love it. The manager has never been rude to us, is always smiling, saying Hi or asking how you are. Nor have we gotten any nasty letters on our door. And yes we all get rent increases, it's just part of the deal. The laundry rooms are always clean and the maintenance guy here cleans them every day it seems. I do know, though, that it is up to us residents to call and report a broken washer/dryer since they are not fixed by our maintenance guy. Honestly, I'm sure that if this person would have just asked the manager about the pool (like I did), they would have found out that there are all sorts of bids and permits that are being waited on (and we all know how slow the government can be!). I still see the pool guy come, even though we can't use the pool. Nice to know they aren't letting it turn into a swamp!
