rhonewood seemed like a good deal to begin with. the tour of the appt. the grounds are decent, but once you start getting into the paper work you find out that you can't have any charcole grills, only one door mat, and little to 'no' storage space. my advice, take the contract home and read it over twice. you will find out that you have to paint and fill all the nail holes before moving out.....there are too many restrictions at this place. too many to list...my advice again dont rent there, i would rather live under the overpass than here.....!
