You can hear the upstairs neighbors do everything from walk to the bathroom, cut on the water, and even roll over in bed. I am lucky enough to have neighbors that stay up all day and all night walking around 24-7. They even share cat litter as they sweep the crap off their patio onto mine. Beware, tennants will take your clothes out the washer and place them on the filthy floor 2 seconds after the machine stops. I will not be renewing my lease. Rent goes up almost $100 per year.
