I should start with my first experince with Rhonewood. My girlfreind and I walked into the office to take a tour, a very nice girl named Latisha showed us around and got us set up with our paperwork and was supposed to be the "leasing specialist" that would help us get into our first place. However, since i work for my parents I did not have any paystubs to confirm my income , we were handed off to a b@*$! of a manger (dont know her name, dont care..my last 3 years taxes and bank statments wern't enough to prove to this lady that i even worked for the company, she finally made it seem like she was doing US a favor by running our credit)) who treated both of us like we didn't belong there, going so far as to grilling my girlfriend if her mom knew she was moving out with me (none of your business lady) She was extremly rude and condescending and can't wait till my lease is up so I can tell her off.

We have been in the apartment for 5 months now and I have had to complain to the managment that many times aobut my upstairs neighbors..Forget the constant stomping and screaming I would just like them to shut their radio off at 6AM while its blaring their 60's crankster music. The staff has done little or nothing to resolve the issue. They claim they have sent letters to the tenants and even said they would call the cops, but since the problem hasn't resolved itself i'm doubtful that either has happened.

Maintenece is very responsive, but I would NOT reccomend you use them. I went to the office to complain about my tub backing up and told the lady I they could come over on monday when i was home. She asked me "is it ok if they come in even if you ar not home" and i said, "No i want to be there."
Well nobody came over monday and I didn't think twice about it untile tuesday afternoon I walk in my apartment to find a man standing in my living room with a bunch of a tools. I was extremly angry and when i mentioned this to the managment they told me i wasn't home so he had to go in.

Don't event think about parking more than one car (or even one car the first week or 2 your live here) Every unit has one space, and the first 2 weeks i was here one of my neighbors was In my spot whenever i came home (my unit must have been vacant for awhile) Any other parking for other cars or guests is located on the street, or a good walk away from your unit. Also there are several cars parked out front int he community parking spot that havn't been moved in weeks, yet they dont get towed.
To sum it up : If you don't mind being treated like scum, listening to your white t#%@# crankster neighbors at all hours, and having your privacy violated stay at rhonewood.
