I lived in Rhonewood Apts. & all of the critism I read in other reviews is SPOT ON! The apts. are very noisy. I heard my neighbors doing LOTS more than those before me meantioned...
Didn't get my deposit back despite many attempts. The management also complained when my daughter drew flowers with sidewalk chalk near our door. "Graffiti" was the word they used. I couldn't get out of there fast enough & recommend you do not rent from here...but it's probably the cheapest digs in Livermore.
The patio is a joke because if you are a pervert, you can just walk into someone's patio from either side & look right into the whole apartment. Yuck! That really creeped me out! You cannot put any personal things, kids artwork, etc., in the windows. You will get a very legal looking notice & so many days to take down. No curtains unless beige or white...Numerous things they don't tell you when you move in!
