Unbelievably NOISY

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
The construction is so shoddy at Rhonewood that every footstep in the upstairs apt. sounds like someone dropping a bowling ball. Even a small child running sounds like someone beating a drum. I almost went out of my mind and couldn't wait to move. And it wouldn't be any better living on the second floor, because then the downstairs neighbors would always be complaining about you. I second the advice from another reviewer: RUN AWAY!!!
