The office staff turnover is high. No one works with you at all. When my foot was in a case and I couldn't walk and they wanted me to sign paperwork, I asked them to drop it by my apartment and they said, "That's not our practice." They had to get senior management approval to walk across the complex to bring me the papers.
They do not follow up on maintenance request and they refer to the maintenance staff as "yet another mexican." Horrible.
There is asbestos in the ceilings, which they have not removed.
