Management is horrible and will kick you out to do construction(which is always going on, and it's nothing useful). Apartments are very cold in the winter, and hot in the summer. Insulation is horrible and the heating and AC systems are outdated and worthless. If you live in a lower unit, you can hear every noise upstairs. Alot of parties, fights, and loud people at night. Impossible to park more than one car, and the space you do have people will take(managment will not do anything about this). BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
