Definitely Not Worth It

By far the worst place I've ever lived in for the following reasons:
1. Very Poor Windows & Insulation: The windows rattle every time the wind blows, they have cracks in them and make for very poor insulation. It's unbearably hot during the summer, even with the outdated AC unit turned on full blast; and it's ridiculously cold during the winter, especially since the outdated heater only warms up the small space directly in front of it.
2. Very Poor Management & Maintenance: They take a while to get back to you. I've had a leaky faucet since the day I moved in and they still haven't fixed it. The other things that they have come to fix don't work unless they come back a few more times to fix them again. Management is unreliable and their policies are constantly changing. They're obviously only there to make money, since they have no understanding of how frustrating it can be to live here. They are not accomodating in any way and don't mind screwing you over.
3. Very Poor Neighbors: Unfortunately, since people are figuring out that this place is not worth their money, other people who can't afford a better place are moving in. Sometimes, these are not the highest caliber neighbors. They shout and fight constantly (NOT a place to be raising kids), they smoke more than nicotine and the smoke always drifts in through your open windows or your bathroom vent (makes it horrible on summer nights when you have the window open and your apartment is saturated with smoke, and during the winter your bathroom smells like cigarettes because your vents are connected), and they slam their doors all the time (granted, they're usually cursing someone out and the doors don't fit the frames quite as well).
4. Very Poor Applicances and Facilities: All the appliances are old and in desperate need of replacing. Most of our appliances leak or don't function properly. Laundry facilities are consistently out of service. There is also mold and grime on the windows that I cannot get rid of. I've used every cleaning product out there. Both my roommate and I have been sick since we've moved in here.
Rhonewood is increasing the price on their apartments, saying they made a lot of "improvements" in the past year. All they have done is repaint the exterior and repave the parking lots. They have done nothing to improve on the interior of the apartments.
