Wow, I must be the only one here who doesn't have a problem so far. Management has always been responsive when I've had problems, the landscaping is maintained nicely and I love having the gym available to me. It is an older building and I agree with how hot my apartment gets in the summer; but the rooms are a decent size and my neighbors are very quiet and respectful. Occasionally we have unruly tenents, but they're quickly evicted.
