Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
The location is great schools all in walking distance. But once you finish your lease expect a 60 dollar increase. They did put in stackable washer and dryer in the apt it took out your closet for towels. Its cold in the winter cause of non insulated front doors and cheap windows that rattle at the drop of a dime. In closing the rent should be probly 800 or 900 at the most 1300 give me a break
