Very noisy you got a firestation next door and livermore labs traffic and a mini freeway on one side , The parking is a nightmare if you got 2 our more vehicles and you got rotating management the outside and inside is clean but for the price and the trade off on the noise its not worth it ..plus folks are moving out like flies for the price you can rent a house if you got the money to burn and you like the fancy outside looks and no rent control and snobby slob nabors this is the place for you ..but not for me ..
