Lived here for 2 years. Can not recall a reason for dissatisfaction. Well maintained. Good management. Practically no neighbor noise. Fire station nearby but truck sirens can be heard very rarely (oh, you get discount for your renters insurance because of the fire station proximity). I suspect that units facing East Ave. may have some issues with street noise, but our unit faced apartment yard and it was very quiet. Great new community center nearby. Also park with lots of activities across the street.
