Lived at la vina for almost 4 yrs , the outside is nice , But the parking is a nightmare and the walls are paper thin and between a heavy dose of livermore lab traffic and a screaming fire truck and a community center you got a heavy dose of noise , The management personel changes like the wind and with rent increases every 2 yrs and there 6 mo specials its a uhaul delight every other month the rent was 1245.00 its now 1345.00 and your paying utilites also its not worth it , its a over priced groomed apt community that is ever changing in management that will exceed in rental hikes , like a runaway train in price each yr you stay !!
