terrible and dishonest management

My wife and I stayed at La Vina for 3 months out of the 6 month lease. We paid the early termination fee, cleaned the place thoroughly, but still got hit with $320 of 'cleaning' fees. We had no dog, no kids, and did not live like rockers. La Vina just felt like taking our money, and since they change management every 10 minutes, there is no accountability.
The place was decent, but if trustworthiness, accountability and getting your deposit back are an issue, look elsewhere.
