I lived at La Vina for over a year and loved it! My kids enjoyed the playground and pool...daily. The grounds very pretty and are always clean and the maintenance guy takes care of any issues same day when possible. The office staff is friendly and professional even though you see new faces from time to time. The park across the street is awesome and we weren't too far from Downtown Livermore. I only left because I moved out of No Cal. Oh yah, I did get my full deposit back! I highly recommend..I even referred some of my prior co-workers. Hope this helps and Happy Moving.
