I disagree with the previous comment. The cops are not here every night and I have yet to see a mouse. Livermore Gardens has the biggest apartments in Livermore. You wont find 970 square foot 2 bedrooms anywhere else. The prices are reasonable but be aware of who you speak to management wise. One of the ladies likes to talk a good game but her follow through is horrible. She has cost us quite a lot of money with her lack of wanting to do paperwork.

If you have family with children this is a great place. The free after school program is wonderful and it keeps kids out of trouble. Yes, it can be loud around here with all the kids but it dies down around dark.

I have seen the police here but not daily and not for any other reason other than patrolling. I feel safer at this place because of their concern to come around. I haven't seen any reason to be alarmed while living here.

Parking is a problem here. There are 2 assigned spots for visitors. They are always taken and usually by the same cars. They will give you one spot but you must rent a second spot. Even if you dont have a 2nd car rent it anyway. Your visitors will thank you.

So other than that one lady in management not doing her job, I would say this place is great. Anytime I have needed something fixed they have been on it same day or as soon as possible. But again if kids bother you DONT MOVE HERE.

Oh and for some reason people really care about the amenities. The laundry room is great, you must use a card though. Its $1.25 to wash and the same to dry. The gym is nice not always packed but people use it daily. Very clean gym. They have a park for the children right outside the leasing office. Its central heat and air which is awesome and works. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the layouts of the apartments. Every square foot can be used here. No unnecessary walls or waste of space. This is a great layout..lots of storage!
